In January, we practiced Kettlebell skills. We resisted our way through February with strength training using bands. Needless to say we tightened it all up!
This month - we are letting it all go! Freeing ourselves of those weights, taking it back to the basics and paying our bodies a little extra attention and appreciation for the work it does for us each day.
There are so many mental and physical benefits to bodyweight training that can take your exercise program to the next level. The best part about it, is that YOU have the control! Bodyweight exercises are easily scaled to your level of comfortability, and can be tailored to create variety to keep your interests peaked.
